• The one-time Setup Fee consists of up to 3 hour(s) of project time with a StarChapter Advisor that will assist with setting up the service, importing your member roster and non-member lists, content conversion, and training options. The allotted project duration is limited to a maximum of 3 week(s).

• The Service Subscription Fee includes the use of the StarChapter software service with up to 50 members, 350 non-members, 3 admin users, 1500 emails per month, 400 MBMB of storage, and other service-wide platform level limits. Plus, access to StarChapter’s self-help materials; ongoing support, training and guidance by StarChapter Support Advisors; functionality enhancements and maintenance; security and protection; and insights about chapter management.

• The term of the Agreement shall begin on the Effective Date and continue for one (1) month thereafter (the “Initial Term”). After the Initial Term, the term of the Agreement shall automatically renew for additional, successive one (1) month terms until terminated as authorized under the Agreement. The Initial Term together with any renewed terms shall collectively be referred to as the "Term."
