The one-time Setup Fee consists of up to 9 hour(s) of project time with a StarChapter Advisor, including project management, requirements gathering and kick off meeting, up to 2 graphic design revision(s), 4 stock photo(s) of your choice, assistance with setting up the service, importing your member roster and non-member lists, content conversion support, and training options. The allotted project duration is limited to a maximum of 8 week(s).

The Service Subscription Fee includes the use of the StarChapter software service with up to 600 members, 4000 non-members, and other service-wide platform level limits. Plus, access to StarChapter's self-help materials; ongoing support, training and guidance by StarChapter Support Advisors; functionality enhancements and maintenance; security and protection; and insights about chapter management.

The term of the Agreement shall begin on the Effective Date and continue for thirteen (13) months thereafter (the “Initial Term”). After the Initial Term, the term of the Agreement shall automatically renew for additional, successive twelve (12) month terms unless either party provides written notice of termination to the other party no less than forty-five (45) days prior to the end of the current term. The Initial Term together with any renewed terms shall collectively be referred to as the "Term."

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your StarChapter service within the first 90 days of the Initial Term, up to a 90 day refund of the StarChapter Service Subscription Fee will be refunded with written notice of cancellation within the initial 90 day period.
